June 2026: Feeding Through the Heat

So in June, the routine grew. Water alongside food, earlier starts to beat the sun, and the same cats, including May's kittens now half-grown, showing up at the spots they trust. Here is what June looked like on the ground.

Summer is hard on street cats. Shade is scarce, water is scarcer, and the heat does in days what hunger does in weeks.
